Description
Gymnocalycium mihanovichii is a true miniature that maxes out at a cute 4 cm tall and 5–6 cm wide—like a green gumdrop with attitude! Its silky, half-shy flowers peek out in pale green to brownish-yellow, too bashful to fully open. Young ones sport chubby, chin-like rib segments that eventually smooth into wide, flat panels with a little “pleat” above each areole, like tailored cactus couture. Hailing from Paraguay, this delightful cactus hides under bushes, catching direct sun just a few months a year—proof that even tiny plants know how to live dramatically.
Plants on offer are seed grown and are about the size of a R5 or larger.
